Disturbed in the early hours..............

thought we heard them laughing
    it was an argument in their garden
without grass; the only whites in the street;

besides ourselves.

don't know if the guy has work on?
a laid off machine operator?
his partner, a young woman,
married?

it was heated, died down

At 2 a.m. !  A dark !

has short back an sides: cropped top
and it is July 2017
no beard ! As is the fashion !

some barber !
maybe secret drinkers?
    a packet of three? Or implant?

Glad their was no violence,
evidence an all that tape.

The children of the street
slept through it all
but a dog barked,
in the distance.

Then



got up, went to the toilet,
on this summer morning,
with twilight stars and
a scent coming from the wood :.

found..............

around here..........

you can feel the grub;
in peoples pants,
women esp

methadone
from a no smoking clinic,
powder on the street

outside a shop;
with litter
and tarmac gum.

always thought we
would get out of it
then realised we would;


Have to adapt !

and crack a few jokes
on nothing
but fresh air :.

contradictory

  so now maybe I've sorted out my contradictory nature

  after all these years, and I'm 59 and non-denominational

  will go ahead and print my book 35 years in the making

  in paper first, then we will see how it goes e-books and stuff

  I have a final title, but am not telling anyone yet, print on paper then!
